Below you will find the scheduled exam dates together with the registration and payment deadlines. Registration is confirmed only once the payment has been credited — submitting the form alone does not guarantee a place.

Last updated: 1.09.2026. Sessions may close earlier if the number of places is exhausted. The centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if too few candidates register.

Registration step by step

1. Fill in the registration form available here and choose your exam date.
2. Pay the exam fee to the account given below, by the deadline indicated for the given session.
3. Send the payment confirmation to info@polish-world.pl.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration together with organisational details (exact time, room, what to bring).

On the day of the exam, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time and bring a valid photo ID.

Exam fee: PLN 1099

What the fee includes

• the written and oral telc B1–B2 exam,
• exam materials,
• the telc certificate upon a positive result (or a results card).

Important information

• Confirmation of your place: registration is valid only once the fee has been credited. Applications without payment do not guarantee a place in the chosen session.

• Collecting the certificate: the certificate or results card is collected in person by the individual who took the exam; in special cases another person may be authorised to collect it.

Can I get an invoice for the exam? Yes, we issue an invoice on request — simply provide your invoice details when registering.

What do I need to bring to the exam? A valid photo ID. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Can the fee be paid in instalments or transferred to another date? Unfortunately, the fee must be paid in a single payment.
